Hokie Passport

I am formally separating from the university (graduation, resignation, suspension, etc.). What will happen to my accounts?

Shortly after Hokie Passport Services receives official notification of your separation from the university, any Hokie Passport Account and Dining Dollars/Flex Additions funds will be credited to your student account at the University Bursar less a $15 processing fee per account.

I am trying to make a deposit and my credentials are not working. Can you help?

Is it possible that you are attempting to access the Hokie Passport Authorized Depositor system using your University Bursar Authorized Payer credentials? To allow you to make deposits into your student’s accounts (Dining Dollars or Flex Additions and Hokie Passport account), he/she will need to make you an Authorized Depositor on our system. This is completely separate from being an Authorized Payer for paying tuition at the Bursar’s Office, so we suggest trying to create a different username/password to eliminate potential issues. Step-by-step instructions regarding Authorizing a Depositor may be found in our Online Deposit Guide. Once your student has made you an Authorized Depositor, you may make deposits to the accounts via our QuikPay system. Step-by-step instructions for this process and can be found here. If this was not the issue and you were using the correct credentials, we recommend having your student remove and reauthorize you. Unfortunately, we cannot access login credentials.

I accidentally made a deposit to the incorrect account. May I request a transfer?

Unfortunately, all deposits are final once a confirmation number or receipt has been generated. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Remember that Hokie Passport Account funds will roll from semester to semester until graduation or formal separation. Dining Dollars and Flex Additions will also roll from semester to semester until formal separation from the university. Note that if a student elects not to purchase one of the three major dining plans (Major, Mega, or Premium Flex) in a given semester, any Flex Additions will revert to Dining Dollars.
